To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁星期日放假,遠離繁囂去遠少少,去赤柱行吓吹海風輕鬆吓,去到已是中午時分當然係醫左肚先,見到前面有間冰室門口有幾個人排緊隊,心諗有人排隊差極有限,於是我哋二話不說就行去排隊,可能係茶餐廳嘅關係,食客嘅流量同食嘢嘅速度都比較快,等咗5分鐘左右就有位啦,入到去店員好有禮貌咁同我哋講掃描落單,於是我哋就點左幾個招牌菜,半只砂礓雞,雞肉嫩滑勁香炸雞味,招牌豬潤米粉配火腿奄列跟半片牛油多士,豬潤爽彈極有豬膶味,而湯底正正是我喜愛的胡椒味湯底,招牌生炸雞髀,外皮香脆雞肉內嫩而且有肉汁唔錯,本人覺得最好味係XO醬豬扒炒烏冬,非常之嘢味,而且豬扒軟淋一啲都唔鞋口,再配上辣椒醬同吃味道一流😋
