今天到銅鑼灣有重要任務.因為期待已久的Lamborghini終於到手了.這款林寶堅尼LP 670-4 SV搖控車, 想捕獲好耐!真係好開心, 點都要食番餐賀一賀!朋友就建議來到這餐廳.原來這家是日式的海鮮燒烤~浜燒.從前卡通片<味X陽一>,提及在海邊的海鮮市場, 以碳爐燒生猛海鮮!當時細細個, 哪有機會到日本親身感受呢!所以只能憑著卡通片粗糙的線條去想像.現在電視播放的旅遊節目,詳盡紀錄了日本當地漁獲市場新鮮即燒的情境.有了真實的畫面, 不用再幻想了.今晚來品嚐吧!枱面餐具已排列齊整,配上3款醬料: 豉油, 柚子胡椒+七味粉面豉還有一盤6個的圓形小盅!是6款鹽呀!白色, 綠色, 粉紅色, 黃色, 黑色!!點了個凍烏龍茶前菜:綠色茶瓜脆口, 啡色牛蒡少少甜多多脆,泡菜則以鹹及辣為主, 但没有韓國泡菜的酸.特製黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律 HKD128魚邊就是魚鰭邊位的魚肉,但這部位活運動量很大, 肉質有優勢.即使蒸煮, 肉質也不易變老/變鞋.反而覺得魚邊滑LUT LUT,已分不清這是魚油脂/骨膠原了.滑溜清淡的魚邊肉, 襯托出黑松露的香氣,加上爽口的沙律菜,這就是一濃一淡, 一

但這部位活運動量很大, 肉質有優勢.
即使蒸煮, 肉質也不易變老/變鞋.
反而覺得魚邊滑LUT LUT,
已分不清這是魚油脂/骨膠原了.
滑溜清淡的魚邊肉, 襯托出黑松露的香氣,
加上爽口的沙律菜,
這就是一濃一淡, 一爽一滑之間的平衡了.

(曾經嚐過某家五星級酒店的巨大清蒸石班,
因魚身很厚, 需要蒸煮較長的時間,
上枱時, 魚肉已變鞋口!
但石班背鰭位的肉質依然滑溜非常,
故此特別喜歡卡在魚鰭位的魚肉)
