話說呢間蘇媽蘇媽開咗好多分店,今次嚟到沙田新城市呢間。晚市真係超級爆多人,好彩等位時間唔算太耐,大約15分鐘之後就入得。入面沿用馬來西亞傳統餐室嘅裝修,富有東南亞特色。嚟到呢度點可以唔叫佢嘅招牌肉骨茶,我哋試咗花膠拼豬腳,$198一煲2人份量既肉骨茶。呢度肉骨茶都算正宗,比較重藥材味,內含有當歸,川芎,杞子等多種藥材,鍋內更有冬菇、豆卜、腐竹,每款配料都吸收了肉骨茶的精華。入面仲有花膠同豬腳,食完覺得骨膠原滿滿。另一款特色主菜,檳城炒棵條。份量好多其實有啲似香港食開嘅乾炒牛河咁,用上蠔油老抽色澤均勻配料,但就仲有唔少臘腸芽菜,非常惹味。椰汁班蘭冰 $48整杯薄荷綠色很鮮艷,非常吸睛。班蘭味道都突出,配上椰汁好夾。榴連忘返 $68呢杯榴槤味道非常濃郁,離遠都聞到浸味,最正入面仲有榴槤果肉,鍾意榴槤嘅人就唔好錯過!

呢杯榴槤味道非常濃郁,離遠都聞到浸味,最正入面仲有榴槤果肉,鍾意榴槤嘅人就唔好錯過!
