To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前趁星期日與A先生去了位於旺角的火水爐冰室火鍋食嘢. 店內設計以懷舊的怖置作藍本. 來到這裡, 我一定試招牌蝦籽撈麵. 因為麵是用上米之蓮的好到底的麵. 而A先生點了雲吞麵. 小食點了秘製豬手, 柱侯牛腩和蝦籽蘿白. 招牌蝦籽撈麵(碟). 我選了碟, 份量較多. 麵質較有彈性, 又唔會太硬身. 簡單加上蝦籽已經好味道, 若蝦籽份量再多一點, 味道會更出. 柱侯牛腩. 牛腩夠稔身, 而且調教味道剛好. 我最怕整的時間不足夠, 變得好硬, 好難咬開. 最啱與麵一齊食. 秘製豬手. 豬手同樣要整得夠稔身先好味道. 食的時候, 豬手皮帶有豐富的膠質, 係我鍾意的口感. 蝦籽蘿白. 蘿白本身無乜味道, 灑上蝦籽, 即時多了蝦籽的味道, 更能帶出蘿白的鮮美. 而且食了不是肉, 這個可以起中和作用.
