細個嘅時候,成日去粗菜館食嘢,今日Zaza帶咕吱重遊舊地,試吓呢種香港老味道👅Zaza 叫咗 #招牌炒魚腩 同 #半隻沙薑雞,用嚟送飯一流😍 招牌炒魚腩好大碟,有八條多肉嘅鯇魚腩,而且有啲仲長過咕吱塊面😆 用油炸嘅鯇魚腩外脆內軟,配搭唔同配菜,非常惹味沙薑雞都唔細隻,所有雞件都好滑🐤,雞皮好似啫喱一樣,又掛上滿滿沙薑汁,咕吱keep住食,食到冇停口😋我哋再order呢度好出名嘅 #西洋菜南北杏豬骨湯,佢係用傳統火爐煲煮,上枱嘅時候非常熱辣辣,噴晒煙~ 湯入面,除咗滿滿西洋菜、多件大大嚿豬骨,仲有蜜棗、陳皮、南北杏同羅漢果等,所以個湯特別甘甜,香氣四溢🥰
