To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去尖沙咀睇燈飾,所以食飽飽至啟程,去亞士厘道搵食,見到以前排曬大隊旺記無人,梗系入去試下。旺記烘麥包四重奏($34)5分(鹹牛肉x雞蛋x花生醬x 生菜)- 絕對系非常特別,因為 - 4拼真系未見過 - 涵料夠厚 - 至定系麥包 - 加埋味道吾錯,尤其是蛋滑菜多。 -牛肉同花生醬吾夠,所以食吾到味。 日本滑蛋叉燒蝦仁飯($59)2分- 其實本來下午茶吾應該食飯,但平時食飯時間行過,基本系非常長龍,加埋D食評話最多坐30分鐘,所以都試埋,可惜系非常失望。 話自家製叉燒,好老實真系差,無肉味,太薄切無口感,無燒“窿”邊。愛爾蘭咖啡(餐+$4)-加4蚊都抵,有小小whisky 味,咖啡亦幾香濃。
