未來過選招牌菜應該穩陣,結果:鐵板蠔仔煎蛋,明白是泰式不是潮式,但實在似蠔仔煮蛋多些。先說蠔仔很肥但無味,而且愈食愈多水。不知為何要用個冷的鐵板上,建議改用湯碗上。青咖喱雞,重點在咖喱不在雞,無香料味無辣味,又是一碗青色水。冬蔭公湯,不是招牌菜,不好吃也不說了。倒是水吧那位先生很用心做飲品,這個讚!
