位於旺角西洋菜街,紅Van站旁邊的「阿來泰式地道風味」經常都座無虛席,皆因這裏的食物質素高,價錢合理,又免加一。今天和家人去旺角Shopping,之後來到「阿來泰式」食晚飯,order完不夠10分鐘已上晒菜,速度非常之快。《海南雞》半隻$128海南雞果然是招牌菜,雞皮薄得透徹,皮下脂肪略有少許,雞肉肉質鮮嫩幼滑,絕對美味。《火山軟殼蟹法包》$148這個法包很震撼,超多的軟殼蟹加上大大個法包,淋上咖哩汁,簡直令人食指大動。咖哩汁一點都不辣,取而代之是香濃的味道,和法包非常匹配。《菠蘿炒飯》$58雖然不是原個菠蘿上,但不減它的美味,大大碟,比原個菠蘿的份量還多。飯內有很多菠蘿,還有蟹柳,提子乾……混合埋肉鬆,正《泰式海鮮濕炒河》$64濕炒河配料很多,有蝦、蟹柳、椰菜、草菇、栗米芯……感覺餸比河粉還要多《蒜蓉炒椰菜苗》$68街市買椰菜苗比一般的蔬菜貴,這碟椰菜苗炒得青翠可口,非常清甜。「阿來泰式」簡直是平、靚、正,怪不得經常人頭湧湧啦! continue reading

因為疫情不能出外旅遊,能解思鄉之愁的,就只有去吃當地菜式。讓我們今晚去旺角來一趟泰國之旅吧!這家店超級旺場,週末晚餐時段來遲兩步就要等位了。食物選擇多,價錢不算貴。當然先來支泰國象啤,飲勝!希望在不久的將來能真的去泰國玩啦!清新、微甘的味道,讓精神為之一振。然後就是我和男友當年在泰國旅行時,逢午晚餐都必吃的馬拉盞通菜。無他,我倆就很喜愛馬拉盞的鹹香跟微辣,這種誘人的味道加上爽脆的通菜是一絕配。既然有數款咖喱,就試試紅咖喱雞吧!它的顏色偏淺啡,濃稠的咖喱汁充滿椰子香,味道清甜,只有微微的辣度。配料的份量十足,除了柔軟的雞柳,還有薯仔、車厘茄、四季豆等蔬菜,增加咖喱汁的甜味。主食方面,我們選了辣椒膏蝦頭油海鮮炒飯,飯粒分明,感覺清爽。飯粒面可見小辣椒塊,吃下去香口帶微辣,但是會愈吃愈辣。這時候,剛才的椰香咖喱汁就非常適合用格撈飯了,味道好夾!海鮮除了大大隻蝦,還有魷魚、八爪魚和蟹柳等,爽口彈牙。兩個人吃不到很多,三碟已經很滿足。每碟都份量十足又充滿泰國風味,值回票價,能理解為何有那麼多客人了! continue reading

今日出咗旺角買嘢,朋友話想食泰國菜,但我又處於糧尾狀態唔想食咁貴,上網就搵到原來喺旺角都有呢間阿來泰式地道風味,因為我喺長沙灣食過,覺得呢間阿來性價比高,於是就帶朋友嚟呢度搵食。呢度嘅午市時段好多人幫襯,原因好簡單就係因為夠晒平,午餐只需要$48已經包飲品,就算轉特飲都只係加$5,以今時今日嘅物價而言,真係物超所值,所以大受歡迎。我呢個窮等人家就選擇咗食午餐啦,呢個泰式炒金邊粉帶少少酸酸甜甜,金邊粉彈牙,而且都有好多配菜,算係相當豐富。加$5就可以轉特飲,我就揀咗咁椰汁三色冰,冰凍好味又唔太甜。炸蝦餅非常彈牙,雖然已經切開咗一半,但每件都仲係大大件。朋友揀咗黃咖喱牛腩煲,黃咖喱香而不辣,最鍾意配薯仔,真係好夾好好食。牛腩都煮得夠林,另外仲有洋蔥、青椒、番茄仔緊配菜,非常豐富。食咖喱一定要配蒜蓉包,咁先係完美配搭,蒜蓉包有四件,焗得非常香脆,而且都係大大件,正!最後因為仲有好多咖喱汁,所以仲加多咗碗白飯嚟撈汁,真係完美嘅一餐! continue reading

「阿來泰式地道風味」可算係我半個食堂,疫情前去街去到夜🌘,要喺旺角坐紅Van返屋企都會幫襯佢或者魚蛋粉,皆因佢哋開到好晏。夜但都好熱鬧,因為真心係平靚正。反而日頭食就無幾多次,呢個星期六去食先發現週末都有做午餐,仲要做到下午五點半。難怪餐廳無時無刻都咁多人幫襯👏。午餐$50樓下就有交易,仲要係大大碟。其實就算正價餐牌都唔貴!餐廳環境正正常常啦,無別緻嘅裝修,但尚算企理。下層座位唔多,好快爆滿,幸好仲有上層,而且上層有大枱,適合一班人聚會👨‍👩‍👧‍👦。辣椒膏蝦頭油海鮮炒飯($68),炒飯炒完有經堆疊過先上碟,所以成座山咁高,好有氣勢😎!炒飯各方面都做得好好,飯粒分明,炒得夠乾身,而且每粒都好入味🍚。炒飯隻色似用咖喱炒,但食落辣度強勁,我會起碼用三隻辣椒🌶🌶🌶嚟形容,唔食得辣者勿點,但其實辣味以外真係帶點蝦油香,令我又愛又恨。餸料方面,海鮮好足料,有幾隻爽口大蝦、魷魚、青口、蜆同蟹柳等,算係咁啦。金不換香辣肉碎炒河($48午餐價),炒河同炒飯一樣咁大碟,同樣比人澎湃嘅感覺😍。雖然名為肉碎炒河,但實際邊止淨係得肉碎吖,另外仲有大量蔬菜如三色椒同粟米筍等。味道方面散發住金不換嘅香氣,而微辣嘅肉碎則好惹味,呢款辣度就易入口好多呢😛。不過講到我最欣賞嘅地方係,呢度用上超闊身嘅河粉,約有成吋闊,口感幾滑亦唔易碎,有少少似涼皮。佢嘅炒河明顯比其他泰菜店或茶記出色。椒鹽軟殼蟹($88),軟殼蟹貫徹大大碟嘅作風,大量嘅避風塘碎碎將蟹蟹埋藏住,椒鹽味好過醬汁煮,因為唔會整濕脆皮。🦀軟殼蟹幾大隻兼肉厚,外皮炸得酥脆香口,更難得唔油膩亦唔熱氣。一碟嘅份量係夠四個人食,因為有兩隻,而且佢會再分邊。呢個價錢食到咁大啖蟹肉確係完全無得輸😋!飲品方面🥤,我哋要咗青檸梳打同椰汁三色冰,佢哋同樣係特飲,正價$22,午餐轉就加$5。我夠膽講呢度嘅嘢飲係數一數二有誠意,即使只係經典款式,但令我難忘在佢味道夠濃,夠足料。青檸唔係得兩片;椰汁芳香,三色啫喱好繽紛。總括嚟講,阿來係一間當之無愧抵食夾大件嘅街坊泰菜🇹🇭👍。今次我哋嗌得唔夠醒目,因為明知兩條友真係無可能食得落兩大碟炒飯麵囉!反而可以Share食一碟,再試下咖哩或其他小食。整體係值得一食再食啊😉,推介。 continue reading

餐廳共有兩層, 裝修簡潔明亮, 價錢親民, 平靚正, 十分抵食。海南雞飯(全日套餐)$54(轉雞髀+$10)海南雞雞髀油光亮麗 , 金黃色的雞皮, 賣相令人垂涎, 爽彈的雞皮加上嫩滑雞肉, 十分美味, 再沾上泰式酸辣醬汁, 增添惹味, 配上香香的油飯, 別有一番風味。泰式炸蝦餅$78我最愛泰式炸蝦餅, 即叫即製,外皮炸到金黃酥脆 ,蝦肉爽彈,口感飽滿,沾上泰式酸辣醬,洋溢著泰式風味。蒜蓉包$25蒜蓉包烤得香脆可口, 入口充滿誘人蒜香及香濃牛油味, 津津回味。龍眼冰(熱)$20啜一口熱的龍眼蜜, 甜度適中, 還有粒粒龍眼果肉,慢慢滲出果香, 滋味又潤喉。椰汁三色冰(跟餐另+$5)雪白的椰汁冰, 冰爽蜜甜,散發著誘人的椰香, 還有彩色的啫喱粉條點綴, 賣相漂亮, 粉條口感煙煙靭靭,甜度不會隨冰溶化而減退, 確實不錯。芒果糯米飯$58雪白的糯米飯, 入口黏糯、煙韌, 將香稠椰漿倒在糯米飯上, 伴著熟透多汁的芒果肉一起品嚐, 滋味迷人 ,不愧是泰式人氣甜品。 continue reading
