To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係第一篇沒有男友一齊食而食而寫的食評(其實係考驗下佢有冇留意我打的野,睇佢幾時會發現我呢篇野先)😎因為自己一個人行街,所以一個人時對食都冇咩要求,本身想搵譚仔,但竟然比我見到只有港島、九龍先有的南記,作為新界人當然食下啦!雖然譚仔、南記都不是我最愛的米線店,不過以下我會比較下兩間連鎖店的不同!(內容主觀性,不喜勿插)米線方面,南記幼身d,我會鍾意譚仔粗身d湯底,我鐘意南記,因為酸咪重d,譚仔味精 d餸款式上,譚仔勝,因為較多,但南記d春卷魚肉好好食,我反而鐘意南記多題外話,我覺得近年的墨魚丸同以前唔同左,以前爽口彈牙,味道都好味d,近年的墨魚丸我已經食唔到有一間有以前個種味道大碗程度:譚仔勝,我食譚仔係飽到上心口,南記係岩岩好,對男仔可能勉強夠咋價錢:大家差唔多PS.傻豬豬唔好唔開心,下次帶你食
