To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 💛喺呢個咁凍嘅冬天飲酸菜豬肚湯,可以驅寒,正呀!豬肚同雞扒份量都好多,雞扒好香脆,豬肚夠爽口,食到停唔到口呀!
💛另外,仲有新出嘅飲品紅胡椒菠蘿特飲,夠哂特別,飲落去有少少辣椒,不過加上清甜嘅菠蘿,飲落口感爽辣好過癮。

嘩!果然好芫荽喎,個湯底青到呢……,而杯可樂一樣好青吓!其實碗米線都幾大份,當然賣相就無張餐牌嘅咁靚仔啦,但一樣交足貨,有齊炸豬扒、芫荽丸、皮蛋,以及豆卜,加上份量十足嘅米線,究竟伏味濃唔濃呢? 先試試湯底,見有人寫過以沼澤色嚟形容,其實,跟意大利麵嘅青醬咪差唔多,所以,對於顏色無乜反感。「南記」嘅魚湯底一向都唔錯,加咗大量芫荽去打,呷一口,真喺勁芫荽味,比一般芫荽皮蛋湯更強勁,誇啲講真喺有「餘韻」,芫荽味仲晌口腔內盤旋,同時,亦感受到當中嘅鮮甜味。 啲餸料都好啱食,炸豬扒大大塊,做得鬆化,又唔喺好油,不失一貫水準;芫荽丸亦有啲驚喜,豬肉丸搓得夠彈牙,芫荽味突出,唔會覺得怪怪哋;豆卜索滿湯汁,就自然好食,如果喜歡食芫荽嘅朋友,相信呢個米線可以過足癮。 芫荽可口可樂
不得不佩服港人創意,檸樂、黑牛,依家仲搞杯荽樂,真鬼馬。因為本身接受到芫荽嘅草青味,所以,整體感覺就好似加咗啲五青汁嘅可樂,可樂散發出嘅汽泡,令到入口時芫荽嘅氣味感覺清爽啲。不過,好唔好飲,好個人嘅,相信對呢杯可樂嘅睇法都會好兩極,但小弟就幾OK。 試完呢個套餐,整體感覺唔錯,但對芫荽無偏好嘅人就無謂試。此外,都要讚讚香港人,真喺有好多創意,晌香港可以食到世界各地美食之餘,又試到好多新嘢,美食之都都唔喺浪得虛名!
今日晏晝又去幫襯,叫咗我嘅至愛:辣豬肉魚肉春卷中麻辣米線。平時喺其他米線舖比較少叫麻辣,因為除咗麻同辣之外,我食唔到香,但南記嘅麻辣係麻、辣、香俱全!佢宜家仲出咗酸麻辣湯底㖭,嘩!簡直係完美呀!之前我成日掙扎究竟食酸辣定食麻辣好,麻辣固然好食,但我亦好鍾意食南記嘅酸菜同酸辣湯底,宜家二合一就唔使煩了!
辣豬肉份量都幾多,仲好大塊,我好鍾意佢嘅調味,甜甜辣辣,有少少似鹵水味。豬肉肉質好彈牙、唔硬、唔「鞋」口,總之,一個字:!兩個字:必叫!魚肉春卷更加唔使多講,亦係南記嘅人氣之選!好食!好香!總之,好!
希望佢哋可以喺屯門開分店!我日日都去!
