To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 拉麵OK服務一般喺上環附近一個人食lunch見呢間熊拉麵都有啲人排隊,抱住一試無妨嘅心態試一試叫咗個熊招牌拉麵佢係豬骨湯底,湯頭非常濃郁,係傳統日式拉麵豬嘅豬骨湯底,值得一讚面底方面,餐廳係選用幼面,軟硬度適中,亦都值得一讚但係火炙肥叉燒就略嫌唔夠入味,亦都係得一塊,份量唔算太足夠佢亦都有雪菜同辣芽菜,作為配菜可以自行加入整體嚟講食物都尚算OK 但係服務方面就真係差少少,店員感覺上唔算太有善,食完碗拉麵唔夠1分鐘,店員就已經好匆忙咁要收走我碗麵,好似好趕時間咁所以用餐體驗一般。(我食完已經係兩點後,有其他空位,出面無人排隊)

佢亦都有雪菜同辣芽菜,作為配菜可以自行加入
整體嚟講食物都尚算OK

但係服務方面就真係差少少,店員感覺上唔算太有善,食完碗拉麵唔夠1分鐘,店員就已經好匆忙咁要收走我碗麵,好似好趕時間咁所以用餐體驗一般。
