To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹小炒王. 有鑊氣, 好食, 抵食.如果無訂位, 相信大班人一定好難等位.豉油王炒大蝦, 好入味, 好大隻蝦. (這裡只是我自己隻碗中的一隻蝦)燒乳豬,皮脆,肉滑。都大份. 花甲好大隻, 有鮮味. 豬手都好味。聽說是有名的必叫項目,果然名不虛傳。  還有很多味菜不能影晒. 有些是一般的為求填飽小朋友個肚的, 就不在此特別握介了. 約十位大人用膳, 最後每人$180. 咁多海鮮, 平都呢!不過係坐得逼D.

Other Info. : 好多間店, 訂了位/ 找朋友, 要問清楚是哪個舖位/ 哪間VIP room. 交枱時間2小時 叫啤酒汽水要出外面自己向大中華士多叫, 直接比錢. 叫甜品要填大中華甜品單, 可以在飯店吃, 但要立即分開比錢. 總之好獨立.
