To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日同個 friend 去完荃灣廣場,經過附近享和街時發現呢間毫不起眼嘅食店,是食越南嘢的,店內座位不多,似街坊小店,牆上有幾幅越南食品掛畫及裝飾。餐牌的價錢唔貴,有多款選擇。我點了烤香茅豬扒飯,大大碗有多件豬扒,賣相亦靚,好夠份量,豬扒好入味。我個friend 要了泰式咖哩蟹肉法包,咖哩蟹肉好大碟,咖哩汁非常香,連埋蟹肉夾在暖暖嘅法包嚟食,好滋味。餐飲我哋叫咗牛油果奶昔和芒果奶昔(因為見到隔離檯個個都係飲呢兩款,斷估都唔會差); 牛油果奶昔好清香,感覺健康;我個friend話佢嗰杯芒果奶昔好好飲,嫌細杯唔夠喉喎!
