To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小越廚係一間家庭式越南菜小餐館,主打越南菜+泰菜。有二人餐,一個主菜+兩個小食$208抵食。三人餐就加多個小食$248仲抵,而且每樣都份量十足。 四個朋友叫咗兩個三人餐,食到好飽。可選:泰式蠔仔煎餅,泰式粉絲扇貝和泰式鮮蝦餅。泰式蠔仔煎餅同潮州蠔仔餅差唔多,只係調味有啲唔同,泰式呢款可能落魚露或者其他好多香料。好多隻蠔仔,加上蔥和芫茜令蠔仔蛋更爽口,芫茜亦有去腥的作用,味道也更豐富。泰式粉絲扇貝大大隻扇貝,超多粉絲,粉絲腔的朋友大愛,扇貝吸滿醬汁和扇貝汁,啖啖鮮味。泰式鮮蝦餅熱騰騰的蝦餅外脆內彈牙,加埋甜酸醬一齊食,非常開胃,好味。怕辣的朋友不建議食炒蜆,通菜有少少老,其餘也發揮正常。

同潮州蠔仔餅差唔多,只係調味有啲唔同,泰式呢款可能落魚露或者其他好多香料。好多隻蠔仔,加上蔥和芫茜令蠔仔蛋更爽口,芫茜亦有去腥的作用,味道也更豐富。


泰式粉絲扇貝
大大隻扇貝,超多粉絲,粉絲腔的朋友大愛,扇貝吸滿醬汁和扇貝汁,啖啖鮮味。


泰式鮮蝦餅
熱騰騰的蝦餅外脆內彈牙,加埋甜酸醬一齊食,非常開胃,好味。
