只知道重慶大廈一向出名食咖喱,但原來個到地庫有個商場仔,行入去一片冷清,但行到最入便有三間食肆,個到就變左另一個天地,特別是這間越南菜,星期日的兩點仍然爆場。這間河內越南菜,其實都有好幾間分店,但這間環境就比較大,裝修及擺設就更添越南風。餐牌一樣選擇多,撈檬,湯粉,飯類,一系列的越式小食等。夏天我最愛撈檬,用上魚露甜酸汁撈,清新開胃。點了豬頸肉撈檬,$64大大碗,豬頸肉爽口,肥廋適中,醃得入味。配上醃蘿白,青瓜,炸蒜,花生,更惹味。$60的香茅雞翼湯金邊粉,一樣大大碗,雞翼炸得香脆,啖啖肉,陣陣香茅味。湯底清甜香濃,食完沒有口渴的感覺。每款主食可追加小食,$29 追加了一份炸蝦餅,炸得香脆,彈牙有咬口,配上甜酸醬,沾一點更好味。
