To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又來一個快食午餐,今日心癢癢想食東南亞菜。見到呢間越南餐廳入面都幾多人坐喺度。咁就諗不如今日食檬粉啦。餐廳環境唔算太大,但係座位一啲都唔迫夾,雖然今日落好大雨,但係都無礙我食越南菜嘅心情。招牌生牛肉檬粉$48,招牌生牛肉檬粉,本來加錢可以升級至A五和牛, 但係因為今日冇貨嘅關係所以只能夠食普通嘅牛肉,雖然冇被升級,但係牛肉嘅質素一啲都唔差,而且份量十足, 啲牛多到我食唔晒。檬粉唔會話碎濕濕,湯底清甜。越式魚露雞翼$44,雞翼香口,鍾意魚露嘅朋友一定要試。最後嚟返杯青檸梳打,簡直就係一個完美嘅午餐。
