To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 安南嘅越菜一向高性價比,所以成日嚟食晏。中午通常都要等位,10至15分鐘左右就得正常。通常都會叫豬頸肉撈檬或雞絲撈檬,上菜時間超快,份量好大碟,次次都食唔哂豬頸肉有5到6件,唔油同幾軟身,撈埋d蘿蔔絲同生茶食好惹味,一定要加個個撈檬汁,即刻吊起越南菜嘅精粹,夠開胃!有時會加小小佢嘅辣汁,唔會好辣嘅佢嘅生牛肉湯河亦唔錯,份量適中,味道還好唔太咸,牛肉件數亦對得住價錢。Lunch set都包野飲嘅,仲可以加10幾要越南咖啡or coconut
