To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 抵食越南菜 是日提早收工,可以享受一下,到了大有廣場內隨便逛逛,發現開了間越南餐廳,恰巧有下午菜餐,幾個人入去試試! 下午茶餐選擇非常多,款款$32起,我們都點了不同的可以大家一起share. 越式酸辣鳯爪($42) 鳯爪份量挺多,底下還放有沙律,非常開胃,但加入了雞醬令味道較為失色。 越式蒸粉卷 3件($38) 蒸粉卷每件份量也很大,內裡餡料亦非常美味,沾上酸汁味道更好! 香茅豬扒湯河粉($43) 豬扒和河粉是分開上的,湯式鮮甜,河粉嫩滑,配上九層塔、青檸和辣椒非常香。 豬扒炸得金黃香口,濃郁的香茅味道散發口中,非常美味。 安南海鮮炒金邊粉($49) 越式炒金邊粉味道不像泰式的酸酸甜甜,反而味道比較清淡,簡單的豉油香配上惹味配料。 下午茶還包括了熱飲,轉凍飲加$3,轉特飲加$6 另外我們亦點了幾個小食和小菜。 法式牛油蒜蓉雞翼($45/4隻) 雞翼充滿蒜蓉和牛油香,肉質嫩滑,外層香脆,是吃越南菜必點的。 沙嗲粉絲蝦煲($89) 這個沙嗲粉絲蝦煲是的的大愛,濃郁惹味的沙嗲醬吸收在粉絲上,香口美味,配合鮮味彈牙的大蝦
