抵食超新鮮活貝盛合&必食濃郁甲羅燒蟹膏~~~餐廳裝潢別緻,天花上有盞盞暗黃吊燈,令人感覺置身於日本居酒屋當中,幾適合同朋友食下野,把酒聊天。~~~睇過餐牌之後我哋叫咗:黑松露鰻魚釜飯 $188蚧味噌甲羅燒 $156活貝盛合 $428軟殼蟹沙律 $98南瀛卷$298~~~鰻魚釜飯份量比想像中大兜,黑松露味唔算太突出啲,但鰻魚味濃郁,而且魚肉無骨,加上啖啖飯焦,感覺好似日式煲仔飯。而另一款主食南瀛卷就餡料澎湃,啖啖海膽同吞拿魚茸。~~~燒物方面,蚧味噌甲羅燒蟹膏味好濃好出,係必叫之選。活貝盛合就比單叫抵食,上枱嘅時候鮑魚仲郁嚟郁去非常生猛,帆立貝亦都好鮮甜,慶祝生日叫返一兜特別有氣氛。~~~最後軟殼蟹沙律亦都好高質,原來佢係新鮮即炸嘅,一咬落去熱辣辣,加埋凍冰冰嘅沙律菜,食完一兜都意猶未盡~~~🐟南瀛水產🔍尖沙咀金馬倫道5號太興廣場5樓
