To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟得渝痴漁醉食放題,當然要試他們嘅皇牌烤魚,小編同朋友都不太好辣,就揀咗老壇酸菜味。除咗這個主角,仲叫咗一碟滋味,小食香酥軟骨。他們有兩個自助雪櫃,內裏食物任攞,加湯亦係自助。小編同朋友都不想額外再食肉,主要食菜,生菜同黃牙白,肉丸亦有好多選擇,有牛肉丸,墨魚丸,芝士丸,魚蛋等,小編每樣都攞一粒嚟試吓,飲品當然少不了,兩盒紙包飲品,蜜桃茶同竹蔗茅根,好似可以解膩。-這裏要提一提嘅係用餐時間只有90分鐘,小編在這餐不斷有客人,客以雲來,非常熱鬧。-主角烤魚,非常大條,烤得好香,魚皮燶脆剛好,魚肉也不錯,亦冇乜魚骨。嗰湯今次揀咗酸菜味,酸味唔太酸,有點咸,生菜用這湯滖熟後好味易入口,抵讚。-他們另一招牌雞煲,特別係藥膳雞煲,估計都應該唔錯,下次一定要試試。
