To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來呢期真係冇乜人出街食飯, 我哋算早到, 七點左右到, 全場得嗰五六檯, 就算去到夜晚八點幾, 都係得十檯左右稻草鴨 - 食落有啲似我之前喺大陸食嘅樟茶鴨, 上次食嘅樟茶鴨係用樟木碎和茶葉慢煙燻, 再炸過, 所以d 肉係好乾身, 乾到有d 硬. 今次食呢個係濕濕地, 應該係蒸嘅, 都有好香煙燻味, 不過啲肉瘦咗少少, 我哋係叫半隻, 望落去唔似半隻, 係今晚叫既菜之中相對冇咁抵食. ( 因為另外2樣好抵食 )沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭 - 分量好多, 好好味, 牛肉好淋, 好香花生, 沙嗲醬味. 啲芥蘭都好幼嫩 欖菜肉碎炒飯 - 好食, d飯夠乾身, 不過有啲咸. 好大碟, 分量多到兩個人叫兩個餸加一個炒飯, 結果有超過半個炒飯食唔曬, 要打包拎走, overall 好食, 埋單$360, 都算抵食
