To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間潮庭幫襯咗都成十年有多，不論係食物質素，抑或服務質素方面，都愈嚟愈差。但就一年加幾次價，點心陰啲陰啲咁一蚊／兩蚊咁加，小點都加到$38，腸粉就$46，茶錢就已經加到$18一位。 set 位就永遠成圍枱先比一對公筷，其他潮庭係每人set两對筷子㗎，叫碟炒飯就連公羹都無配備既？ 叫人大家食口水尾？ 要搵侍應拎，就應咗你就算，遲遲都唔拎比你。粟米鱼肚粥就永遠都搵唔到魚肚既，似食緊白粥一樣，但一碗要賣差不$50呀！ 比幾塊魚肚人食吓都唔過份啫！ 而家仲 cheap 到每張枱擺個暖水壺比客自己 refill, 但由上手客人一直循環再用，永遠個壺都係無水既？！真係仲差過街坊酒樓！ 同樣都係潮庭，點解水準可以同其他相差咁遠？！ 與其呢間轉型做街坊酒樓，價錢係咪理應都下調吓至啱呢！！

我們全家一向都喜歡滷水，看到潮庭有滷水鵝肉、鵝腸，我們馬上就進去，試試看😝😝😝😝😝再點了一些椒鹽黃魚🐟黃瓜海蜇，蓮藕餅, 梅羔醬烤肉🐖菠蘿咕嚕肉🐖潮州蠔餅，脆皮炸子雞🐓炒芥蘭，炒飯、炒麵、豆醬焗大蝦🦐等等😝😝😝😛😛😛😛😛我們全部都非常喜歡炸子雞這個菜色。菜色非常豐富，水準與價錢合理，都是我這一陣子很想吃的菜色，第一次來感覺不錯，服務也很好，應該會再來🫡🫡👍👍👍👍👍🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

午市1點入座，手機qr code落單，點心等40分鐘先上，叫黑衫疑似部長既侍應跟下啲點心完全吾彩你，直行直過。問佢拎多碟甜酱沾腸粉，等三個仔都無回頭，行到去廚房門口叫枱號先有人拎俾你食到2點3左右，佢地見個場仲好爆，就全場開大冷氣趕客走，因為門口有人排下午茶，佢哋要反枱食左2個鐘，食完啲點心碟永遠吾會主動同你收，連熱水沖茶個壺都系自己行去自助人手佢吾系無，見佢哋都系各自做反自己，真係吾好怪人北上消費，甘既9流服務真系食到成肚氣

今日開始唔會再幫襯，最討厭係幾位待應都係好專心咁執枱，好專心咁執完一張又一張，佢完全冇望吓個場有客搵佢幫忙，隔離枱剛坐低位女士想開茶舉手好耐，當然冇人理佢啦，位女士忍唔住走埋去好專心執枱位待應問嘢同埋指一指另外一張枱示意想轉枱，見果位好專心執枱嘅待應拒絕女士轉枱要求並指一指叫佢返自己張枱，我見位女士走咗！我同太太飲完早茶又想搵果位待應埋單，點知佢又係好專心咁執枱，又係好專心咁執完一張又一張完全冇望吓個場有人搵佢。咁為有攞張單去搵另一位攞住埋單機嘅待應埋單，可能叫見我攞住張單週圍搵人埋單好似好煩，整個埋單過程態度都麻麻地！

一間連鎖式經營，中式點心為主嘅酒樓，我經常都會去呢度食午餐，特別欣賞佢嘅點心，好似秋葵，蝦餃，菠蘿叉燒包，仲有蠔仔粥，等等，都係我嘅推薦。菠蘿叉燒包比較有特色，係傳統同現代嘅結合，蠔仔粥，性價比高，而且用料十足，特別係蠔仔，非常之新鮮美味交通非常之方便，附近有地鐵站，同的士站，巴士站等等......服務非常之好，有禮貌，而且仲採用電子落單，有效方便。裝修非常之簡潔，而且乾淨衛生，但洗手間就比較少格數，人多可能就要排隊啦。
