每次黎到沙田都好想試呢間見佢評價不錯今天終於找到對的時間來朝聖叫左個二人餐有餐湯、兩小碟、兩主菜以新鮮蕃茄為主料，搭配各種香料呈現出濃稠的質地法式煮青口青口鮮嫩，白酒牛油味好香濃澳洲和牛牛脊肉牛排外焦內嫩生熟程度怡到好處，切開見到肉色粉嫩的咬落唔會韌，厚切啖啖肉，肉味亦十分濃郁再加上鴨肝白蘭地醬汁，好出色！法式烤黃雞半隻配松露野菌醬汁用上慢煮方式，然然再烤至金黃酥脆肉質鮮嫩，松露野菌醬汁，醬汁做得不錯無疑是主菜中的亮點兩道菜飲品要另外點，選了Strawberry Cucumber Cooler 士多啤梨果蓉同青瓜，原來都幾夾加埋蘇打水嘅氣泡感，清新又解膩另外朋友叫咗杯紅酒，好chill最後以法式泡芙作結
