放工同老公去食飯,突然想到九龍城的泰國菜,就去左九龍城走一轉,行到城南道見一泰發泰國餐廳,有二人坐在門口用泰文傾談,見到我們就問幾多位,原來她們是餐廳的員工,還介紹餐廳老闆和員工都是泰國人,賣的都是正宗泰國菜,因為她們已開業超過20年,所以都識講廣東話,能夠經營甘耐,當然有獨特的風味,我們也想試試,就決定入座了!泰式鹽燒盲鰽 :餐牌寫泰發客必食!當然要試下,是用新鮮游水盲鰽,肉嫩少骨,魚肚內有以香茅為主的香料,用鹽燒方式將魚燒熟,熱騰騰的魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,點些自製的泰式酸辣汁份外惹味!泰式黃咖喱雞 :泰式咖喱味道濃郁帶椰香味,不太辣,加埋蛋花口感滑溜,雞肉鮮嫩。薄餅:口感煙韌,用來點泰式黃咖哩汁一齊食,十分美味!芒果蟹肉炒飯 :夠穫氣,用料有芒果肉、蟹肉和雞蛋等,飯粒粒分明不油膩。泰式菠蘿沙冰 :味道不會太甜,冰凍解渴。泰象啤 :啤酒味濃。
