泰發是一間泰北地道菜館,距離首都曼谷約7小時車程,菜色較為特別正宗。。泰發老闆娘以及全餐廳職員都是泰國人,師父更特別由泰國邀請到港,每一位職員都懂廣東話。所有菜式醬料都由人手親自調製。因為泰國人一向能接受辣味,所以不能受辣的朋友緊記有落單前提醒,師父亦會因著客人口味調出可口美食。 continue reading

me and my family , a total of 4 ppl, arrived the restaurant at 545pm to have a early dinnerSo we don't need to wait to get a table.after we sit down, we order the signature dish, the raw beef wif some vege. THIS TASTES SOOOOO GOOD!!This is a must to try!But i recommend not to order for jus 2 people, coz it will be a bit heavybesides, we ordered a 金邊粉which cooked in thai style. This is even more tasty than the one i tried in Thailand reli surprised me !! and the 通菜is also very good! we ordered little salt n oil, and the chef can reli meet our demand!Another thing i would like to mention, the service of the waiters is excellent.when me n my mum said we felt so cold, the waiters immediately serve us with two cups of hot water, which amazed me! continue reading
