Introduction
泰發是一間泰北地道菜館,距離首都曼谷約7小時車程,菜色較為特別正宗。。泰發老闆娘以及全餐廳職員都是泰國人,師父更特別由泰國邀請到港,每一位職員都懂廣東話。所有菜式醬料都由人手親自調製。因為泰國人一向能接受辣味,所以不能受辣的朋友緊記有落單前提醒,師父亦會因著客人口味調出可口美食。 continue reading

泰菜嚟講都係九龍城正宗D~有好幾間都食過~今次食泰發泰國菜館~一入去就有位唔洗等~叫咗5餸2飲品冬蔭功海鮮湯辣度可以椰奶味香~依個價得半隻蝦同一堆菇講唔過去囉木瓜沙律得個酸字~又唔新鮮木瓜絲淋淋地~個汁又唔好食炭燒豬頸肉好香炭燒味D肉又入味又唔會乾~可惜唔係配泰式醬~反而配酸酸地嘅燒烤汁味道好怪海鮮炒米線~有魷魚、蝦、蛋絲、菇、粉絲一齊炒~味道剛好唔會太鹹馬拉盞炒芥蘭~芥蘭炒得剛好唔會老~蝦米仔一齊炒好野味 continue reading

每次口痕想食泰國嘢,一定落九龍城!而九龍城咁多泰國餐館, 泰發一定係我首選! 已經幫襯左好多年! 每次同未黎食過既朋友黎食,個個一定話會再黎!呢度晚市時間都多人, 所以通常宵夜時段黎比較多!咖喱蟹配蒜蓉包,呢個真係無得輸! 多次有衝動想將食剩嘅汁同配菜打包走!牛油燒大頭蝦第一次嗌, 上檯時真係嘩左出聲,因為比餐牌上張相更加吸引同大隻! 啲肉咬落好爽,好似食緊龍蝦咁!馬拉盞炒椰菜苗味道都中規中矩,略嫌椰菜苗有少少老!船河又係我每次必嗌既, 雖然已經飽到上心口,但友人話既然我極力推介,就唔爭在......當然無令人失望!呢度個燒雞腎/檸檬生牛肉/螄蚶都係 continue reading

昨晚 ,我又來到我最喜愛的九龍城泰菜店。 我們一行四人,星期六晚七時多,一去到便有位。我們非常熟悉泰發的餐牌,不用仔細看我們已經可以點到幾樣我們最喜歡吃的菜色。 第一款的要的是木瓜沙律 ,酸酸甜甜,木瓜爽口 ,非常開胃。第二款 ,是必須向大家推介的是鹽燒盲鰽魚。魚肚中塞滿了香茅等香料 ,香味清新,燒得剛剛好,魚肉非常嫩滑,加上配料 醬汁,一流享受 。然後,我們還點了每次來到泰發必點的馬拉盞炒椰菜苗。馬拉盞鹹香十足 ,椰菜苗好有咬口,加上那些粒粒的蒜頭,蒜香撲鼻太發財。泰發泰菜是非常好的泰菜店,這次一於推介給大家。 continue reading

久不久便會想吃泰國菜,九龍城有很多,然而這一家是我到九龍城一定會吃的餐廳。店舖細小不起眼,坐位環境有點迫,餐廳員工懂中文食物不錯,份量適中,價格尚算親民,整體性價比高這次回來已不用看餐牌已能直接下單特別需要說的是冬陰公不是太辣帶點甜,檸檬烏頭湯底很鮮味水準沒變!店員還推介了燒檸檬牛肉,不錯下次可以再點同時也點了生蝦刺身、生菜包(豬肉)、蠔餅、馬拉盞耶菜苗、炸蝦餅;6個人8道菜只是炸蝦餅有點乾,其他水準能保持,不錯!值得推介 continue reading

九龍城有小泰國之稱,泰國餐館林立,要搵到一間好食既泰國餐館的確唔易今次呢一間,因為朋友比左一張相我地,話如果你覺得好味就去呢間試下啦,睇完就諗都唔洗諗,於就食呢間啦究竟係一張咩相吸引到我地要黎朝聖一下呢就係呢一味生生地牛肉炒菜,真係無得輸椰青海鮮飯,成個返飯都好香椰青味,加埋烤面包啱啱好白灼螄蛤,好多人都會話污糟但係佢嗰種鮮甜味無法抗拒椰青係泰國菜必點嘅嘢飲泰式鳳爪都係不能缺少嘅一環呢個泰式生蝦,個蝦頭佢預先炸左,就無咁脆呢個要改善下泰式金邊粉,同一般嘅泰式餐廳一樣不過不失整體來講係好味嘅,個生牛肉真係必點 continue reading
