去到九龍城隨便入咗一間泰菜館,估唔到有驚喜,嘢食質素高,而且大份,好抵食!生蝦食落鮮味,肉質爽彈牙,配埋泰式酸辣汁真係無敵。餐廳仲有幫手炸埋個蝦頭,一啲都冇浪費,食落仲要好香口碎肉生菜包,今次揀咗豬肉,碎肉食落好香辣好惹味,仲有滿滿嘅肉汁,一啲都唔乾!最推介嘅就係呢一碟檸檬燒牛肉,只係$138,就已經有咁大碟,而且牛肉肉質軟嫩,唔會燒得好老,配埋酸酸地嘅檸檬汁同泰式辣汁,好惹味。蟹肉炒飯飯底炒得好香,蟹肉都算大粒 continue reading

坦白講一開始見到呢間舖頭嘅裝修真係完全無好感,只係我同朋友都行街行到有啲攰,想求其坐低食啲嘢醫飽肚,所以對呢間餐廳都冇抱有期望,但竟然高手在民間,呢間絕對會係糧尾/一大班人食泰菜嘅恩物😬✨招牌檸檬燒牛肉🐂呢座牛肉山真係驚艷咗我哋,份量多之餘,亦都好惹味,微微地嘅辣點綴咗檸檬汁,牛肉質地發得又大又鬆軟,雖然牛肉味唔重,但以呢個價錢嚟講,我絕對可以接受,真係做爛市,十分推介👍🏻鐵板蠔仔炒蛋🦪呢碟相當有gimmick,大大粒蠔仔,豐富嘅蛋漿,配有爽口粗壯大豆芽,非常有口感,我自己幾鍾意嘅。但就嫌佢假扮份量多,蠔仔落咗好重粉,食到底有好多煮熟咗凝固嘅粉團。木瓜沙律$59 激量木瓜山😂真係買少見少,小辣偏重口味,唔係行清甜路線,但切得夠幼夠爽口,面頭嘅蕃茄仔都好新鮮好清甜。薄餅味道好差,可以唔嗌,差過喺超市買冰櫃入邊嗰啲😗下次我會試吓蒜蓉包🍞海鮮🦞冬蔭功湯(小)完全地係水溝冬蔭功味精,配冰鮮海鮮,唔OK。椰青水🥥幾新鮮,椰肉都好容易刮到出嚟👍🏻全晚其實食得幾開心,喺九龍城叫咗咁多樣餸都係$400幾蚊,值得推介😎 continue reading

我女友是住在九龍城。所以搵食係九龍城街坊最容易不過的。傳統中菜。美味泰菜。深宵夜茶。糖水更是必備。美味佳餚。應有盡有。但剛巧行過見到一間泰菜包羅萬有。泰國冬蔭功湯。正宗泰國冬蔭公湯。泰式陰公湯每每給你我他的感覺是以辛辣為主。但這蔭錢湯入口不太辛辣。給予我有少少嶄新的蔭釣湯新層面。比較甜的新口味。但配料依然多到數之不盡。香茅。海蝦。白菌等等。名爐烏頭。泰式明爐烏頭魚。泰國名菜。明爐烏頭魚絕對是香港人必食。這條泰式明爐烏頭魚。配料好多。令到入口味道感覺可口。肉質鮮嫩。魚湯香味再浸入魚身更是相得益彰! continue reading
