To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公係燒肉迷,自從知道牛角出左放題之後一路都好想試一試,但每次經過都好多人。今次專登提早上網拎定飛仔。7點拎左飛,都要9點先有得入座。食1.5個鐘,星期六9點後豪華放題兩個人加一埋單$611。豪華放題有5十幾樣野選,野飲任飲。上食物的速度整快,一點就到咁。但野飲就要等好耐啦,建議就快飲曬就叫定先。老公最推薦鹽味牛舌,新鮮,冇蘇味。我就最鐘意食豬五花肉,平時係街食的多數都一陣豬蘇味,但佢一d都冇臭味。另外牛角飯都好正,自己一個都可以食曬成碗。野飲推薦白桃乳酸梳打,好味不解釋。
