壽司款式都幾多,除咗平時放題都有嘅壽司之外,仲有自家配搭嘅特別款式,好似有鵝肝伴帶子、海膽吞拿魚茸、火炙和牛、黑松露赤魚、柚子油甘魚、海膽醬燒平貝等等。而最欣賞就係海膽吞拿魚茸壽司,海膽鮮甜,撈埋綿滑嘅吞拿魚茸,係唔錯嘅配搭。另外呢款火灸蒜蓉和牛壽司,火炙過嘅蒜蓉嘅香味令和牛嘅油香肉香更加突出。刺身方面都算新鮮,除咗有平時放題都會有嘅三文魚、油甘魚等之外亦有啲較少見嘅款式,好似大目吞拿魚、大赤蝦、北海道帶子等,刺身全部都用冰鎮形式上枱,可以令刺身保持肉肉質鮮嫩。而燒物方面佢哋就有紐西蘭羊鞍、海蝦、鰻魚、扇貝、牛肉、菠蘿等。而其中燒羊鞍我自己就起碼食咗兩三次,羊架肉質夠稔,表面烤得香脆,肉汁仍然夠哂juicy。
