To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

AGE Cusine Express新年話咁快就完左，要約下朋友仔出黎食開年飯，平日既話又唔想行咁遠，就去左公司附近既扒房，依間餐廳都算近地鐵站，係太古站A出口行過都係5分鐘左右，不過撞正放工時間，可能要等一等𨋢。餐廳環境清幽潔淨，燈光明亮。可能得兩個店員關係，上菜時間唔算好快。1. 燒美國Prime 級牛扒 set dinner> 好大份，好多野食，有餐湯，牛扒，飲品及甜品。叫左5成熟既美國肉質及脂肪分布Prime 級牛扒，口感軟腍帶點韌性，確實唔錯 👍🏻 除咗牛扒之外，最吸引我既係佢既甜品，真係好好味！👅 2. ⁠蟹膏蟹肉扁意粉> 鍾意食蟹肉蟹膏既朋友一定要試，重點推介！！ 😋 啖啖既蟹膏蟹肉加上忌廉汁，口感十分豐富，不過一定要趁熱食，凍左會有少少腥味。
