To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八月十七曰- 星期五特登一早打定電話book星期五晚九點半宵夜,諗住都要等一陣,點知出乎意料之外搭正九點半安排我哋兩人入座。講到明食宵夜,一定比晚飯時段抵食,可以飲夜茶,不過今次我哋只叫咗小菜食,其實唔係好記得d餸名,大約記得叫咗脆皮貴妃雞半隻,雞皮炸得好脆,雖然係肥,但亦令人忍唔住要食晒d雞皮。菜甫肉碎煎蛋,碟餸份量少,啱晒兩口子食,略嫌煎蛋太油膩。有糖水送。食物質素唔錯,但環境一般,幾逼吓。
