To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店員服務好好, 好helpful, 日式野食幾抵食質素又唔差, 地點更加係方便, 所以間唔中都黎魚一食, 方便快捷就腳。野菜鰻魚反卷$38: 呢個係試新野, 之前未食過, 鰻魚肉質比其他地方的鰻肉爽彈, 大大舊反卷不過飯量唔會太誇張, 因為中間係菜, 感覺就健康啲平衡啲啦, 菜都幾新鮮唔霉的。北海道帶子壽司$10: 十蚊食到北海道帶子, 仲幾鮮甜添, 唔錯架。蟹籽沙律腐皮船壽司$8: 沙律唔太多, 但夾埋甜甜既腐皮, 好啱口味。焦糖鵝肝壽司$32: 較為矜貴既壽司, 因為好想食鵝肝就豪一豪啦, 鵝肝較為薄, 但呢個價錢都差唔多了, 焦糖令佢多左陣甜味, 然後就有幾明顯既焦香味, 鵝肝豐腴濃香。炒雜菜$48: 簡單用左日式醬油黎炒, 有椰菜、金菇、芽菜、小棠菜等, 木魚絲係靈魂所在, 成件事日式晒, 菜都幾新鮮, 又爽口, 炒得幾好。
