由於太耐無食過北京鴨,近近地就選擇去京饌食,因為訂左位,唔使等。入到去坐定定三個人叫隻全鴨同四份套餐。埋單每大約3百幾HKD,整體餐廳環境唔錯,好有中國特色。食物方面大致上都幾好,先講隻片皮鴨,肉片切得薄,皮下脂肪比較少,除左有薄皮包住鴨肉片、青瓜同蔥之外,估唔到仲有山楂條,食落味道比較多元化。四人餐先黎小食,一碟黑豚肉,用蒜蓉爆香,食落彈牙骨又脆,味道夠之餘唔會太咸,跟住食碟手拍青瓜,睇落無特別但食落原來加左芥茉,清清地幾開胃。再黎個家鄉燻魚,一塊塊容易入口骨又唔多,簡單既燻魚鮮味好夠。 小食之後上了個湯,內有瑤柱蟹肉青豆。跟手上埋個粉絲煲,原隻蟹,蟹鉗多肉,但個粉絲比較乾身,食落麻麻地。然後上埋個風沙骨同魚湯上海莧菜,風沙骨食落覺得廚師真係重手得濟,味道好咸,而個莧菜幾清,料夠足加左杞子,菜夠爽,非常香口。 又菜又肉之後上埋餃子四粒,無特別... 套餐唔少得仲有糖水楊枝甘露,有小小失望咁,煮得稀左小小而且好甜,裡頭有士多啤梨粒,怪怪地。總括講返,食物味道中規中舉,份量足夠,都幾北京特色,主要岩一家或者一大班朋友食。
