To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間柯南以前補習成日食,相比起銅鑼灣利園嗰間佢價錢比較親民,而且食物選擇大眾化少少食咗每次都必要嘅生牛肉湯檬,加$25有埋椰青佢嘅份量真係超大碗,上面有好多香料仲有辣椒同埋青檸味道唔錯,湯底濃郁牛肉都算多塊整體唔錯,不過果次去服務就麻麻哋差唔多等咗半個鐘
