喜歡週圍食嘢的好友最近介紹係官塘鱷魚中心樓上玉桃軒酒家的片皮鴨有優惠。好久無食過片皮鴨一於同屋企人一齊去食番餐。門面裝潢貴麗堂皇,酒家天花掛上多盞明貴大水晶燈,座位寬闊。前菜小食鎮江醋蒜蓉雲耳,爽脆醒胃又健康。主打菜式之一京式片皮鴨必吃,新鮮出爐大大隻又熱辣辣,侍應待勞細心為我們切開一片片,鴨皮和肉質鮮嫩香口。原隻花膠扣鵝掌,,口感富黏性的花膠、連骨都可𡁻埋的鵝掌和腍滑的冬茹,同樣美味!食肉獸的我也叫了炭燒原味燒鵝,醃得入味,肉嫩多汁,也是值得一讚的菜式之一。
