Restaurant: Cha Thai (Kai Tin Shopping Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日帶咗兩位烹飪班老師和一位烹飪班同學一齊去左呢度食午餐慶祝其中一位老師修讀意大利菜文憑畢業,而畢業那位老師就正住在附近。大家一致認為以下的食物及飲品值得推介:1. 泰式船河$56 - 個湯底好得,唔會太濃烈,亦唔會太肥膩,啱香港人胃口。配料迷你的牛丸和扎肉味道也很好,還有幾片泰國炸豬皮及一塊開四件的豬扒。2. 冬陰功湯米線$51- 個湯底好得,同結業左嘅冬陰公公以前個湯底一模一樣,係我嘅至愛,雖然兩位烹飪班老師嫌香茅味和南疆的味不夠,但係我覺得反而咁樣仲啱本地人食,啲米線都好滑。3. 椒鹽手作薯片$18- 聽個名諗唔到會咁好食,係好似嘅薯片,脆而咬落不會碎晒。4. 泰式乾炒牛河$54- 我哋全部人最鍾意這個菜式。5. 清邁小菠蘿炒飯$54- 呢個係外賣返去俾阿爸食做的午餐,我試咗兩啖味道很好,啲炒飯粒粒分明,唔會黐埋一舊,而且香噴噴,有粟米粒及紅蘿蔔粒,菠蘿比一般菠蘿炒飯切得細粒啲。6. 三色冰$12- 同學話好好飲,如果唔係咁多冰又唔夠凍,但係咁多冰飲飲下又要畢啲冰出來才可以食到杯底的材料。7. 凍檸茶少甜(聞說他們用的是冷壓檸檬汁,所以見唔到檸檬皮)$10 - 我叫咗兩杯,一杯係

7. 凍檸茶少甜(聞說他們用的是冷壓檸檬汁,所以見唔到檸檬皮)$10 - 我叫咗兩杯,一杯係我自己嘅,一杯係外賣比老竇飲的,我哋覺得好好飲。外賣杯要加$3但係係用膠片在表面啤死的,唔會倒瀉,飲的時候要用一支飲管篤爆塊膠片。

8. 泰式凍咖啡$10 - 烹飪班Miss話呢杯野唔錯,不過如果鍾意多奶嘅人就要講明多奶喇!

今日去到全場爆滿,仲有人喺出邊排隊等入座。
