復活節假期最後一日,要好好把握、食番嗰brunch享受享受一下。Blue bar 己有二年沒有來食過,質量大至叧人滿意,用料高級。主要是salad,熱葷,甜品三大類,最近多了湯麵類。頭盤區有多款新鮮蔬菜,還有特製的牛油果牛肉粒,蟹肉沙律.....之類,富有口感。魚生只有有三文魚,勝在夠肥美。巴馬火腿夠鹹香。數款芝士,越食越起勁。無花果果乾,濕潤不太甜,好味。熱食有牛扒,羊架,賣相不錯,可惜我不大感興趣。另一邊有泰式,又有印度式,中規中矩。今天的湯只一款是西湖牛肉羹,䊢粉太厚,另人卻步,有點老貓燒鬚。湯麵類並不太多選擇,三數款蔬菜,魚蛋和餃子,貴精不貴多,味道好己足夠。每次甜品才是我的主菜。適逢復活節,五彩繽紛的復活蛋好吸引,引不住拿了二大隻。蛋糕方面有清淡的芝士蛋糕,不太甜的杏埔批,我最喜歡的馬卡龍,還有果凍,停不了口。生果有新鮮士多啤梨,多食兩回己回本了。還有香芧菠蘿,好甜美。最後來一杯cappuccino, 份量不少,香濃有餘韻。簡直一大樂事。
