最鍾意食烏冬,難得今次餐廳嘅主題係首次喺香港出現嘅白布烏冬,即刻走嚟試!星期六晚上6:30嚟到,已經有幾個客人等緊位,慢少少都有排等!等咗大概20分鐘就有位,座位唔算多,坐吧檯前都依然非常鬆動menu好簡單,只有熱湯烏冬,沾麵及凍烏冬,配搭鴨肉、雞肉、梅乾及天婦羅。所以好快就選定食乜,唔洗左諗右諗!鴨肉入熱湯白布烏冬 ($75)鴨肉連皮,咬落非常鬆化,比起平時食嗰啲硬到咬甩牙嘅鴨胸真係好得多。配料有茄子、大蔥,湯比沾麵嗰種清淡少少~ 而烏冬呢,由於浸晒喺湯入面,想拎佢出嚟影相係有啲難度,好難夾起!雞肉入沾白布烏冬 ($86)想影烏冬,叫呢款或者凍烏冬就好好多嘞!湯汁以海帶、鰹魚及醬油煮成,比熱湯重口味啲。有4件好juicy嘅雞肉,茄子及大蔥。本身我都唔係好鍾意食大蔥,但呢度嘅大蔥冇嗰種辛辣味道,食完都唔會成陣味留喺口腔之中。食到咁上下,加入薑茸及蔥粒,又有另一種味道。自家製白布烏冬賣相似雲吞皮,滑溜到不得了,厚薄適中,如果摺埋嚟咬更加顯得彈牙。聽隔離檯話食得好飽,但我想講,其實既得意又好味到唔夠喉!山藥 ($18)食咗一輪烏冬都仲未到嘅?原來係新鮮即磨㗎,加咗啲鰹魚汁令山藥更加有味道。

大概7點幾,店員已經話賣晒烏冬喇,做埋出面等緊嘅客人就唔可以再serve喇。想嚟食嘅,真係要有咁早得咁早嚟排隊試啊!

每人$100都唔洗,而家求其去食個餐都可能貴過$100。嚟呢度食用心自家製嘅烏冬仲抵食,雖然安排入座、落單埋單嘅都係同一個人,但服務態度非常好有禮貌,好值得專登嚟大角一試!
