To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家都知"胡同"唔係平價茶餐聽, 每人消費連酒水都起碼要$500以上. 已經提前兩個星期book位, 希望同男友去慶祝生日, 想book 7點半, 但他要我一定要7點到9點走!! 或者9點半才入座, 11點交台? 而家去canteen食飯呀?! 限時限刻!! 如果"胡同"想走高擋路線, 收得咁ge價錢, 就要令食客可以舒舒服服咁enjoy它的食物, 否則想趕鴨仔, 做多幾倫的話, 就要減價做到大眾化.人客唔係奉旨要去尼道食!! 連booking都咁差, 唔使食都知服務唔方好, 大家望下其他人的食評就知啦!算! 去其他餐廳洛!!P.S 佢target 外國遊客, 你估香港人唔識去其他英文網頁寫食評嗎??? 太短視啦!!

如果"胡同"想走高擋路線, 收得咁ge價錢, 就要令食客可以舒舒服服咁enjoy它的食物, 否則想趕鴨仔, 做多幾倫的話, 就要減價做到大眾化.
人客唔係奉旨要去尼道食!!
連booking都咁差, 唔使食都知服務唔方好, 大家望下其他人的食評就知啦!
算! 去其他餐廳洛!!
