To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打完10號風,周圍都亂晒龍,請左日假陪屋企人睇完醫生就去飲個茶。次次星期六日黎都要等好耐先有位。石門風災後情況都還好,不過岩岩又撞正茶樓無冷氣,真係好焗。熱死人,好彩啲野食都ok。不過平日都幾貴,25蚊大點,30蚊精點。紅棗糕除左係迷你少少之外,係好紅棗既,唔會太多糕粉無左紅棗味。鮮蝦菜肉餃,都係有中上既,因為啲皮夠Q,唔會好易爛,足料既。唔記得左係海膽定蟹黃餃,都好食,足料。海鮮烏東,啲蕃茄幾juicy,不過烏東有啲黏左少少。 腸粉幾入味,煎左脆脆地,唔會好"suk"
