To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午落左8號波要返工,冇癮!成朝又未食嘢,出到荷里活想食日牛,冇開=.=!咁去食甘味烏冬,因為唔洗等位。2:30有得叫午市定食同下午茶餐,我睇來睇去都係揀下午茶餐,因為有吉列雞扒!我同朋友都揀天婦羅雞扒烏冬x2丶加$15有野菜薯餅丶加$12三文魚壽司,餐凍飲加$2。烏冬到,雞扒另上,烏冬唔特別彈牙,湯底冇乜味所以我加左7味粉,主角是塊雞扒,炸就炸得脆,不過當食多2件就好似口有啲痛,雞扒搣左脆皮後,塊肉好薄。雞扒本身冇咩味,不過係好脆,蘸沙律醬就好多左,配合得好。野菜薯餅外脆內軟,唔洗蘸醬汁也好味,加$15抵唔抵就見人見志。三文魚壽司就比較一般。凍啡啲冰好似溶左一半!不過味道可以,不過不失。整體上,下午茶來說,質素唔係最好,但亦不是最差。
