以前元朗分店去得多,西環呢間第一次試,menu都一樣,係主打刁鑽牛肉部位。見咁耐冇打過邊爐,就簡單d要個清湯牛骨湯底。安格斯橫隔肌幾乎每次都必點架啦,鍾意佢夠濃嘅牛味。今次第一次叫咗碟滑尾龍,係佢地牛總必FIGHT推介,秘制食法就係加隻蛋落去mix埋先放落去,即刻滑咗好多。另外最令我感動嘅一樣細節,就係佢地呢間分店d柑桔勁juicy!粒粒都好多汁,絕對唔會揸到手痛先得一滴!!!秘制牛肉汁加醋再加柑桔汁絕對係我心目中第一名嘅醬汁🥰
