To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打邊爐最重要係咩?我會話係湯底!呢個豬骨白湯鍋應該係我食過數一數二好飲既湯,濃而不油,呈奶白色的豬骨湯,骨味醇厚,回味足,白豚肉同牛板腱煮完後,不用加任何調味料,都已經好好味😋湯底正,加咩材料落去食都好正小食部分,泰式榴槤炸彈都係我當晚三甲推介之一,上碟時候相信係岩岩炸好,一切開榴槤漿湧出,榴槤香氣撲鼻,餡料味道濃烈,真係令我榴連忘返🤣每位附送一件既韭菜餅都好好食,韭菜餅飽滿,一口咬落去仲會爆出鮮甜肉汁,同時又有韭菜的香甜😍不過只限每人一件,如果想食,唯有等下次再黎既時候先品嘗

小食部分,泰式榴槤炸彈都係我當晚三甲推介之一,上碟時候相信係岩岩炸好,一切開榴槤漿湧出,榴槤香氣撲鼻,餡料味道濃烈,真係令我榴連忘返🤣

每位附送一件既韭菜餅都好好食,韭菜餅飽滿,一口咬落去仲會爆出鮮甜肉汁,同時又有韭菜的香甜😍不過只限每人一件,如果想食,唯有等下次再黎既時候先品嘗
