同事升職萬歲,揀左嚮上海街打邊爐,貪其沒有限時,又收得夜,可以邊食邊吹邊等,去邊區都有車到,幾好餐前小食都超過10款,等齊人時食少少野打底或用黎送啤酒就最好不過打邊爐某程度來講是 "白烚",所以湯底質素主宰食物的味道。而我,則鐘意一d有特色或特別的,這個豬肺鍋就啱晒我同事介紹的牛展,比手切肥牛有嚼頭很脆的響玲,應該是自家制的,仲要係唔會擺好耐,否則或多或少總會 "受潮"好多時食到尾聲都會嗌個公仔麵或烏冬,我較喜歡芋絲,既飽肚又健康韓國年糕口感煙靭
