▌肉食控的懷舊盛宴
「花滿園」肉類拼盤是肉食愛好者的心頭好,牛肉選用本地新鮮牛頸脊,切得薄透均勻;豬肉片肥瘦適中,涮後柔嫩不柴;羊肉片帶些許油脂香而不羶。三款肉類份量適合兩三人分享,擺盤時襯著新鮮時蔬與食用花,特別漂亮。

▌新鮮食材見本心
「花花綠綠」蔬菜拼盤集齊五款時令菜:唐生菜脆嫩、西洋菜帶微苦回甘、娃娃菜吸湯清甜、油麥菜與菜心苗鮮爽。全部每日新鮮採購,菜葉洗得透亮不藏沙,涮幾秒起鍋正爽口。

坐在花磚牆邊,看蒸氣模糊了牆上的老月曆,手邊砂鍋咕嘟冒著暖意。這裡沒有浮誇噱頭,只有慢火細熬的湯底與用心揀選的食材,讓人想起舊時街坊圍爐打邊爐的簡單滿足——原來養生與美味,從來都是同一回事。
