最近銅鑼灣新開左一間日式燒肉《燒肉の殿堂》,依家天氣開始凍凍地,係食燒肉嘅最佳時候。值得一提嘅係佢哋嘅火候好好,好容易就燒出网狀燒肉,而且火候均勻,燒出嚟嘅肉真係特別靚,另外值得一提嘅係佢哋吸煙系統都好好,食完都冇乜煙味!一聽有新餐廳出我哋就最有興趣,即刻做白老鼠幫你地試咗先。首先第一樣叫左牛油果軟殼蟹沙律,大大隻新鮮炸軟殼蟹,加上一大片牛油果同埋新鮮沙律菜,清一清個口先食燒肉。大阪城和牛五點盛合依款用左日本大阪城做設計,淨係打卡都一流。總共用左五款肉,分別係和牛五花、厚切牛舌、和牛三角腩、和牛小排、和牛磚。和牛五花就最多肉汁,因為脂肪比例較高,所以特別多汁同埋軟腍。和牛小排就肉味較濃,但係油花都係一樣靚。海鮮三點盛食得燒肉,海鮮都唔可以缺少。依個套餐有帆立貝、大蝦同埋青口。每一款都好新鮮,帆立貝好大粒,食落有海鮮嘅鮮甜味。岩鹽青檸雞腿肉首先用左岩鹽青檸醃製,所以燒完嘅雞肉肉質會比較彈牙同埋多汁,唔會乾。雞皮燒到好香脆,內層又鮮嫩,值得一試。大蜆冷麵用左日本冷素面,麵身特別彈牙。食得冷麵,個汁先係最重要,個汁用左鰹魚、昆布、蜆製成,特別鮮甜。最後叫左兩杯特飲可爾必思燒酌蘇打同埋冰菠蘿柚

最後叫左兩杯特飲可爾必思燒酌蘇打同埋冰菠蘿柚子燒酌蘇打。完美嘅一餐食到好飽。
