一行四個人想聚舊,見到呢間好靚嘅餐廳估唔到係打邊爐,除咗打邊爐之外仲有打卡位置俾大家影相,女仔當然心心眼啦😍😍😍呢個波波位會不停咁轉色入餐廳之前同朋友去咗呢個位置影相,影都唔捨得入去😂除咗呢個打卡位之外,裝修設計都好新穎,設計好西式,但周邊環境特別係裝飾就以懷舊為主,整體感覺好特別點餐後,職員攞咗一人一杯荔枝果茶俾我哋,荔枝果茶味道好香,好清甜❤️呢兩款小食當中我自己比較推介「黃金豆腐」,呢個黃金豆腐即叫即炸,食落去外脆內軟,豆腐我好有豆香味,鹹香味剛好😎正正子相比之下黃金炸魚皮比較厚身,鹹蛋黃香味其實好重,如果魚皮比較薄既食起上嚟就會更加鬆脆輕薄,不過鹹蛋味好香,沾湯同唔沾湯都各有風味點左呢個秘製花雕豬肚湯底,呢個湯底幾多料㗎,入邊全部都係豬肚同鹹酸菜,味道方面唔算十分超級勁濃郁,但用來做火鍋湯底真係唔錯,係第一次諗都要加水嘅時候再飲一飲呢個湯,味道就即刻出晒嚟!睇嚟下次自己打邊爐都可以試吓呢個湯底🤤🤤🤤正!見到好多台都叫咗一個好靚嘅花圈,就係呢個「香江併(全牛)」一嚟到大家都掛住影相,擺盤好靚七彩顏色嘅菜絲上面放咗我哋嘅火鍋牛肉,牛肉都有好多款,除咗有牛柳粒,牛展,牛胸爽,黃喉等等.

相比之下黃金炸魚皮比較厚身,鹹蛋黃香味其實好重,如果魚皮比較薄既食起上嚟就會更加鬆脆輕薄,不過鹹蛋味好香,沾湯同唔沾湯都各有風味

七彩顏色嘅菜絲上面放咗我哋嘅火鍋牛肉,牛肉都有好多款,除咗有牛柳粒,牛展,牛胸爽,黃喉等等... ...牛肉都幾新鮮而且每一款都有唔同嘅口感,可能會想介紹得晒,不過我自己最推介嘅一定係帶點彈牙嘅牛展肉同黃喉🥰🥰🥰好味

「三色丸, 三色餃」呢兩款顏色都相當鮮艷,
三色丸-鹹蛋黃,黑松露,蟹子三款,鹹蛋黃丸喺出邊比較少有,食起上嚟真係覺得好邪惡,因為係自製三色丸,口感好彈牙嫁!蟹子丸真係勁足料,超多蟹子

三色餃子-黑松長牆腳蟹餃,芝士鮮菌餃,野生松茸餃,因為四個人關係,所以點樣都分唔均🤣所以我淨係試咗芝士鮮菌餃,餃子皮比較厚身,不過入邊嘅肉幾香,芝士味唔算好重,相對野菌都幾多,我自己幾鍾意佢個餡❤️

食左咁多肉,當然要食返啲菜啦,呢個「花花綠綠」就啱晒啦!菜嘅款式千其百趣,每樣都可以試到,每款菜都好乾淨心思,唔好以為佢好少啊!其實食到7788再食埋呢個菜盤真係超多!

講到呢度,唔好以為就咁就走!仲有呢個每台必點嘅打卡「鳳琉香」,其實就係一個菠蘿果汁,味道係正常嘅菠蘿果汁,甜到我個人覺得啱啱好,不過上枱嘅時候職員會整一個食用泡泡,打卡真係一流!不過食用泡泡一閃即逝🤣🤣🤣 仲比我影到佢變成煙霧離漫嘅一刻,真係幾得意😎

同朋友都食到好飽又玩得好開心! 下次會再黎過
