香港人,對火鍋非常熱愛,一年四季,無論港式、中式、台式、日式、韓式…… 火鍋早已成為生活的日常。對於火鍋料理,無論湯底或配料均日趨講究和精緻,款式五花八門,早已將火鍋進化成令人捧腹而回的美味盛宴。  最近,來到位於荃灣的一家台式火鍋店 ~ 《大滾友火鍋》,無論店舖環境、火鍋湯底、食材配料,全都精挑細選,極盡心思。店內裝潢以木系作主調,古色古香,別具氣派,一枱一椅,屏風、牆身、吊燈…… 全都充滿中式韻味,處處都是打卡位,在這裡進餐,別有一番風味。火鍋湯底,我們選擇了玲瓏浮凸·花膠雞湯鍋 (半隻),用上皮脆肉軟、脂肪豐滿的三黃雞,每天用上6小時新鮮烹調,上桌時,以厚身花膠包裹而上,除了雞味濃郁之外,更含有大量骨膠原,滋陰養顏,絕對是女士恩物。店員細心將花膠剪成小塊,放入鍋內,而雞早已煮理,進食時才放入鍋內勺熱,吃時肉質更為鮮嫩。其他火鍋食材放入鍋前,建議先烹用一碗湯,細味花膠雞湯的濃香鮮味。用膳期間,職員還會不時為食客加湯,讓火鍋湯底持續保持鮮味。吃火鍋,必點牛肉,大滾友牛肉拼盤 (細),當中包括有:頂級安格斯牛肉、手切牛頸脊、牛舌片、牛黃喉、金錢牛展、牛肉粒和美國肥牛等優質牛肉,還有華麗

再來一客店長推介的伊比利亞橡果豬,吃橡果的伊比利亞橡果豬,吸收了橡果豐富的油分及蛋白質,程大理石紋般的油花,不但肥美,肉味更非常濃郁,輕輕一勺,肉質軟嫩多汁,不用加任何調味,已相當美味。

火焰焦糖豆腐花,店員先把黃糖散滿豆腐花表面,添加了花雕,燃點起火焰,令充滿濃郁豆味的豆腐花,添上了啖啖酒香,更令豆腐花變得香甜脆口。更用上酒壺盛載糖漿,玩味十足,令平淡的豆腐花變成打卡一流的火焰焦糖豆腐花。
