想一邊食好嘢,一邊睇世界盃,一定要嚟荃灣鱟地坊嘅「明記海鮮潮州菜館」打冷。全層有多部電視機,坐邊都會睇到,裝修很有打冷格局。一邊是擺滿各類打冷食品,可以睇清楚先揀食邊款潮式蠔仔餅每次打冷我都必食嘅蠔餅,外層脆卜卜兼有蛋香,食落不太油膩,蠔仔脹卜卜,感覺夠新鮮,再點上少許魚露一齊食,能提升蠔嘅鮮味。客家黃酒雞煲一上菜就聞到陣陣藥材味和濃濃嘅酒香。雞肉吸收咗黃酒嘅芳香之後,帶點甜味,雞肉夠嫩滑,而且份量都幾多。飲咗幾碗湯之後,成個人都暖咗。天氣再凍啲,真係超正。招牌煲仔焗蜆豉椒炒蜆食得多,我覺得焗蜆嘅做法更能帶出鮮甜味,而且還帶點海水嘅鹹味。最欣賞係每隻蜆都幾大隻,而且隻隻蜆都開晒,用料絕對夠新鮮。勁大檸檬茶最後叫咗杯超大嘅檸檬茶,足足有1000 mL。雖然咁大杯,但茶味和檸檬味都好平衡,真係超抵飲。

潮式蠔仔餅
每次打冷我都必食嘅蠔餅,外層
