To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試咗潮汕牛肉火鍋放題,兩個鐘任食。尤其係手切牛肉,加上鴛鴦鍋底,選擇都幾豐富。首先,講吓個鴛鴦鍋🥘,揀咗泰金冬蔭功同青檸椰奶雞湯。冬蔭功湯底酸辣開胃,有香料味,辣度適中。至於青檸椰奶雞湯,就比較清甜,可以中和返冬蔭功嘅辣味,而且啱晒淥其他配料。主角梗係手切潮汕牛肉,有吊龍、匙仁、中胸口朥同黑柏葉,牛肉淥幾秒就食得,保持牛肉嘅牛香。吊龍有油香,匙仁爽脆,胸口朥甘香,黑柏葉爽口。除咗潮汕牛肉,仲有M6和牛、牛胸腹、豚梅肉、羊肉等選擇,可以滿足唔同口味。M6和牛油花分布均勻,牛胸腹油脂豐富,豚梅肉嫩滑,羊肉就冇羶味。自助區嘅選擇都好多,有海南雞、水果、多款丸類、蔬菜、海蝦、甜品、糖水,應有盡有。甜品同糖水就款式多。
