之前買咗kk day券食lunch buffet,我第一次去呢間酒店,之前從來無去過我同家人二人行,11:50am多啲去到6/F Kitchen餐廳門口排隊,睇吓有冇得入去坐陣,等到12:00出去夾嘢食,點知接待處個小姐一開口就講英文,佢真係假設所有客人都識得講英文嗎?雖然我係識,但個職員話搭正12點先開始登記,但我後面已經排左10幾20人,個個都問同一個問題可唔可以預先入去坐低,個職員就不斷話12點先開始登記,搞到成條人龍嘅人客,再重新排過一次隊,真係超級冇效率如果係搭正12點先開始登記,好心就寫個牌寫明啦,搞到浪費人力同雙方的時間。入座後,完全無職員同我地講餐廳的設計佈局同洗手間的位置,洗手間位置好隱蔽,指示牌也非常不清晰可見!見樓面嘅職員,有好多都係唔識講廣東話,都係講國語或者英文,食嘢嘅過程就冇乜點直接接觸啲職員,見到有枝比客斟嘅果汁,無寫係咩,我用廣東話問餐廳職員,佢同我講英文Lemon Juice,仲要唔純正嘅英文但餐廳設計有啲奇怪,每次出去拎嘢食,都要行一條有弧度嘅長走廊,再行幾級樓梯,對於行到唔係好方便嘅人嚟講,真係幾麻煩。海鮮嘅種類好cheap, 熱盤估唔到唔係環球美

但餐廳設計有啲奇怪,每次出去拎嘢食,都要行一條有弧度嘅長走廊,再行幾級樓梯,對於行到唔係好方便嘅人嚟講,真係幾麻煩。海鮮嘅種類好cheap, 熱盤估唔到唔係環球美食,係川菜主題,當時手快快買左券,睇返buffet主題,估唔到唔係環球美食,竟然係川菜,都唔緊要,我地唔食得辣,都有其他選擇的。

燉湯係一碗碗盛好,比客人拎,但完全無保溫,一飲落去接近常溫,估唔到5星酒店連最基本的保溫都可以做到咁差。

另外,除了燉湯的問題,忌廉蘑菇湯的味道實在太鹹,根本喝了一口,咸到冇可能再吃下去,實在再次失望。食物品質相當有問題!

三文魚刺身超細片,去任何日本餐廳或放題,也未吃過如此迷你size的刺身,實在非常驚訝為什麼食材如此珍貴?

食完自助餐,2:45pm左右去參觀吓酒店個lobby,見有遊客坐在sofa, 點知我同屋企人一出𨋢行咗幾步,後面就有個young的男職員吊住我哋尾,好唔comfortable, 用英文問我地「是否酒店住客?」我話「唔係。」佢即刻請我地搭lift落返去,真係勁無待客之道,果下真係想鬧返佢轉頭,我地又唔係著得好寒酸影響間酒店形象,無騷擾到酒店嘅運作,只係想walk around睇吓,咁都「被趕走」。我屋企人平時脾氣好好,我同佢一入左lift,佢都話想即刻鬧返個男職員,真係好無禮貌,抵香港經濟差到咁。真係嬲到要寫晒呢個過程出嚟

大家有冇去過W hotel? 職員是否一開口就唔講廣東話?即講英文或國語?職員嘅Service是否咁奇怪?對呢間所謂5星酒店超級失望,相信唔會再有下次
