今期蟹主題,鍾意食蟹加海鮮既我一定唔可以錯過啦用左官網優惠,晚餐紅白酒任飲,5:30-9:00pm任食,每位加一後745。食得海鮮,梗係配白酒啦(其實因為我本身唔係咁鍾意飲紅酒)白酒味道ok,微酸。朋友起碼飲左半支原諒我唔係一個品酒員無咩好既措詞去形容。海鮮值得一讚係大部分都好好味,特別係龍蝦同蟹腳肉唔柴唔霉,淡淡海水味。海螺都唔錯。刺身切好曬自己夾,可以一次過夾曬要食既量。唔洗等廚師「發板」每款得兩三舊,食完又要排隊拿三文魚好肥美,八爪魚好爽口彈牙。不過款式比較少,常見既貝類都無。有卷物但我無食。生蠔係壽司隔離,都係任夾。唔係top既水準,無即開即食既鮮,但味道Size比急凍鋪賣12蚊一隻既出色。熟食方面唔算好多,基本粉麵,點心(兩三款),牛肉,串燒都有。蟹熟食有多士版,奄列版,黑椒版,魔鬼蛋版,湯料理,我最鍾意個多士香脆好味。芝士有三款,車打,Blue chesse同一款白色皮芝士(唔記得咩名,淡味,易入口)。搭配食既有parma ham,salami同普通火腿。甜品方面,movenpick雪糕只有三個味道,雲呢拿,士多啤梨同朱古力,唔吸引。Cake種類都係唔多,榛子朱古力個款好味,唔太甜。其他一般/唔吸引所以無食。朋友好鍾意食焦糖烤布丁有一款真係大伏。就係芒果麻糬!!!表面個D可能係糖粉/熟糯米粉,食落似生麵粉又無味。麻糬唔煙韌,芒果味似香精W既buffet選擇真係唔多,但勝在品質較出色。比個忠告大家就係唔好食咁多澱粉質我就係食太多多士,印度煎餅同一大舊牛肉,搞到食唔到第二round海鮮!!!!一大遺憾有機會下次會再黎食PS 當晚服務我地既員工親切有禮貌,佢叫Joey continue reading

7月份的主題是『蟹』所以海鮮有麵包蟹,蟹羔滿瀉,偏白的羔反而更香滑。另外海鮮還有龍蝦蚶、藍青口、巨形翡翠螺、凍蝦。全部也很新鮮。這碟我把八成的熟食也放進去了。刺身選擇不多。普遍熟食味道正常。牛肉比預期中的好,我喜歡偏生一點,再帶點油脂。負責切牛肉的職員很好,跟他說我想要生一點⋯而他切給我的這一塊,正合我心水。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻玫瑰鼓油雞,這個值得一試。(平時自助餐的燒味也比較差,這個卻不錯👍🏻)中湯只有魚肚粟米羹,有點失望⋯甜品我覺得焦糖燉蛋跟芝士餅挺好吃。雪糕原來要早點出去拿,不然會沒有想吃的味道。反正已經很飽,所以不吃雪糕也沒有所謂。風景挺好的。餐廳說我們不夠別人早落booking,所以沒能夠安排最近窗邊的位置。(我大約早兩星期落booking,若大家想坐窗邊位置,可能要更早落booking)7月平日午餐自助餐的海鮮如下:Ps: 可能這是最後一篇食評了。原來openrice是不會批刊食評⋯ continue reading
